Learning how to jump higher in basketball is an easy thing to do.
What's going on guys.
If so, did you know that you could actually learn how to jump higher in basketball games. And you can do it starting tonight! Jumping higher basically came down to these two things that helped more more than most of the other things I can think of.
1) You body is an engine that can't run on junk fuel. You need to be sure that you improve your hydration like with Powerade or Gatorade. They say that you need 8 cups of water a day, but when you are training to learn how to jump higher in basketball, you need to keep yourself hydrated just like our troops in Iraq. Normally I'll make a big jug of either Powerade or Gatorade (whatever is on sale) and take it with me everywhere throughout the day. That way I can grab a drink here and there as needed. It's really helpful even if it doesn't sound like it. It makes a big difference for me.
2) You'll find out that basketball players have a jump coach for a reason. You need to get some training. The best training in my opinion is The Jump Manual. You get the best exercies for real performance. They show you a few exercises that are pretty easy but really made a difference in how I exploded from the asphalt. That's probably because they did a lot of research about how athlete's who are running really need to jump.
